Certified Partner

Offer supply, installation, commission and maintenance services of all SE Controls products within the new build and post occupancy aftercare markets. Able to access projects installed with SE Controls equipment to ensure client choice and protect their life safety system.

Licensed Installer

Services similar to a Certified Partner but focused on maintenance and refurbishment within the post occupancy aftercare markets. Able to access projects installed with SE Controls equipment to ensure client choice and protect their life safety system.


EN12101-2 Trade Fabricator Partner

Audited fabricator certified to manufacture AOV windows utilised for smoke ventilation from the wide range of system company profiles tested to EN12101-2 with SE Controls actuators. Trade fabricators do not install on site therefore can manufacture for façade contractors that are not audited. Actuators can be installed during the fabrication process or installed on site by a certified EN12101-2 Actuator Installer.


EN12101-2 Actuator Installer

Our certified partners and licenced installers will also demonstrate the EN12101-2 installer logo if they are audited to supply and install actuators on site to vents manufactured by an audited fabricator. This provides protection of the actuators for AOV’s that cannot be pre fitted, protected or stored on site.
