Earlier this month,
Sharon Tommy and
Amanda Bramall from our HR team attended the
Careers Day at The Friary School in Lichfield as proud ambassadors of the
West Midlands Apprenticeship Ambassador Network (AAN). The AAN plays a vital role in promoting apprenticeships as a viable and exciting career option for students across the region.
During the event, Sharon and Amanda engaged with
over 300 students, parents, and teachers, sharing inspiring stories of our own apprentice success journeys and highlighting the diverse opportunities available at SE Controls. Their mission was clear: to educate and empower young people to consider apprenticeships as a dynamic alternative to traditional routes.
