ISO 9001

SE Controls operates a management system which complies with ISO 9001 requirements, and have been certified to the standard since November 2016.
SE Controls QMS also encompasses the controls in place to comply with the requirements of membership of the Smoke Control association and the SDI-19 Installer scheme.

A Quality Policy Statement has been agreed with Board of Directors and addresses the importance of top level commitment to Quality of products, processes and service delivery.

SE Controls have been certified to the IFCC Scheme SDI-19 (requirements for Contractors Installing Smoke Control Systems) since September 2018.
The SDI 19 certification scheme has been developed by the Smoke Control Association in partnership with IFC Certification. The scheme was primarily developed to ensure a suitable and acceptable level of competency with regard to fire strategy verification, system design and the installation of smoke control systems.
SE Controls is constantly surveyed for compliance to this standard through verification of the Quality Control system, Competency Assessments of individuals and site audits.
