Environmental Façade Ventilation

Windows and roof vents are generally automated to provide suitable indoor air quality via the monitoring of temperature, humidity and CO2 levels within the room space and introducing fresh air to the desired level.

They are also automated at night to provide ‘free cooling’ of the building mass that absorbs heat in the day time during summer months.

Environmental ventilation is provided via a stand-alone control system or as a slave system to the Building Management System (BMS).
