SE Controls have recently completed the smoke ventilation system of the 25 storey regeneration project, Priestman Point in Bow.
The award winning Affordable housing project was originally constructed in the 1970’s but has now been regenerated into its former glory by providing a secure, sustainable, high quality environment for residents.
SE Controls provided a code compliant smoke control solution by ventilating the smoke from communal corridors, lobbies and the escape stairs to provide a healthier and safer environment for its occupants.
