SE Controls have recently provided a smoke control system to the new stylish development of Quadrant House, London.
The mixed use development will provide 271 affordable homes, 193 affordable rented and 78 shared ownership properties along with nine commercial units for the Stockwell area of London.
SE Controls provided a smoke control system that comprised natural smoke shafts with automatic opening vents on each floor, smoke control of the escape / fire fighting stair and automatic opening windows for the stairs and on the external facade.
