SE Controls Africa smoke and natural ventilation systems have been selected by Robertson Ventilation to provide a dual purpose ventilation system for the new development of the Department of Foreign Affairs Building in South Africa.
SE Controls provided 72x TGLA actuators to automatically open the 36 windows upon fire signal or via the day to day cooling strategy. The actuators were controlled via 36 OS2 control panels.
