SE Controls is a leading specialist provider of smoke and natural ventilation solutions, providing adaptive and tailored ventilation strategies for all types of new and refurbished building structures worldwide. The company has both UK and International offices, which include South Africa, China, India and Hong Kong, employing over 100 people worldwide.
As part of the company’s continued expansion and development, the Recruitment Fair has been created to provide an informal meeting and discussion opportunity for talented individuals seeking a fresh challenge or those wanting to give their career a boost with a growing international business.
Currently there are five key roles available, although the company is keen to meet with all qualified technical, project management and design personnel who feel they could add something to the business:
• Technical Account Manager
• Technical Account Manager- After Sales
• Project Manager
• Project Co-ordinator
• Design Draughtsman
Brief information on each of these key roles is provided below:
Technical Account Manager: This role is to grow and support our network of Partners and OEM customers and to support the Façade Team with sales and technical enquiries. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, good at problem solving and able to achieve agreed sales targets and profitability levels.
Technical Account Manager- After Sales: The role will report directly into the Divisional Manager. The role will ensure the efficient delivery of the pull through sales process, and provide first line response to customer escalation issues to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Project Manager: The role to support the increased order intake in the Southern Contracts Team with a key focus on providing support to the Regional Sales Manager. The position is key within the team and the successful candidate must be used to working with people at all levels, keen to deliver to a high standard of service and aim to help create and maintain a successful new division within SE Controls.
Project Co-ordinator: This vacancy is to provide office-based support to the project team in order to help deliver timely project plans. The successful candidate will ensure that all project activities designated are organised, managed and supported accordingly with a focus on safe operation, contract and cost effective management, reliability and technical and quality service.
Design Draughtsman: This position includes the design and production of schematic diagrams and engineering drawings using CAD, together with liaising with customers and subcontractors during the design stage. The role also requires the successful applicant to assist in thepreparation of operating manuals, which are provided with the completed ventilation equipment and installation.
