SE Controls has been named as a winner at this year’s Local Authority Building Control (LABC) West of England Building Excellence Awards, as part of the project team involved in Crest Nicholson’s Electricity House which won the ‘Best Change of Use or Conversion of an Existing Building’ category.

Originally designed by acclaimed architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott in the 1930s for the Bristol Electricity Board, Crest Nicholson’s stylish conversion of the Grade II listed building into 85 luxury apartments, incorporates a smoke ventilation system from SE Controls.

Congratulations to everyone at Crest Nicholson and to SE Controls’ own team for playing a part in achieving this award from LABC. The project now goes forward to the Grand Final in London on 10th November 2017.
