SE Controls have recently provided a natural ventilation system for the UK greenest commercial building, Cabot House in Bristol.
The new development in Bristol’s civic quarter has been awarded with the highest BREEAM rating in the UK with a rating recorded of 85.06%, greater than either BREEAM 2006 or BREEAM 2008.
SE Controls was selected to provide the natural ventilation system by automating six banks of windows within the building atria.
