SE Controls have recently completed the design, installation and commissioning of the natural ventilation system for the new head quarters for Monmouth Housing Association to house their 114 staff. The natural ventilation system will regulate the temperature and air quality throughout the office space through the comfort control strategy being implemented.
SE Controls automated windows on the facade and clerestory windows via 165x Chain actuators to improve the internal working environment.
A night time cooling strategy was included within the control strategy during the summer months to cool the building in preparation of the staff entering the building in the morning.
