The Vacancy
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Project Leader to join our Southern team. Home based with an agreed territory to include the Inner M25, Watford and North London.
Reporting to the Southern Commercial Manager you will manage relationships with key accounts and Project Management from the design stage through to completion.
The role will involve sourcing leads and preparing accurate quotations, advising on the value engineering of systems, negotiating price and terms of trade. Other responsibilities include pre-site checks and allocation of labour and equipment.
Manage relationships with architects, contractors and systems manufacturers plus other external influences on projects providing the best commercial solutions yet remaining competitive.
The successful Sales Project Leader will be:
A proven track record of sales negotiation, meeting and exceeding targets in a solution based roles selling into the Construction Industry.
Previous work experience and knowledge of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning market would be an advantage though training will be given to the right candidate.
Your previous training must have included; CAD and reading plans, elevations and profile sections.
A full clean Driver’s License will be required for this role.
